Role Overview

  • Position: Personal Concierge / Lifestyle Assistant
  • Location: Kingston, ON (Hybrid / Mobile)
  • Employment Type: Part-Time / Casual (with potential to grow)
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Task Execution: Complete daily chores, errands, and specialized tasks for busy families and local business owners.
  • Vendor Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate services like home cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Lifestyle Organization: Assist with travel planning, meal preparation tracking, elderly check-ins, and event or celebration coordination.
  • Client Experience: Provide exceptional, high-touch support that anticipates client needs and builds lasting trust.
