Our membership fees are based on the ease and frequency of the services you need so we charge our services based on the time required to facilitate what is needed. We can also facilitate one-off tasks and projects, please contact us with your needs and receive the costs.

The best way to determine your membership level is to discuss your needs with one of our Concierges.

Here is an example of how we can help:

The Smith family have two children ages 8 and 10. Mr. Smith owns a small business and Dr. Smith is a family physician. After speaking with their Kingston Concierge they determine they need the Gift of Time for the ongoing $350 a month membership level. Mr. Smith coordinates with their concierge once a week for 10 minutes and sends the occasional text message for additional tasks. Their Concierge facilitates the following ongoing tasks for the Smith family:

• • Twice a week dog walking

  • Once a week grocery shopping (Dr. Smith texts the list to their Concierge)

  • Seasonal landscaping, eavestroughs, lawn care and snow removal

  • Semi-annual car detailing and snow tire exchange

  • Weekly Garbage and recycling clean up for Aunt Sally

  • Cottage opening and closing

  • Organize the annual birthday parties for their children

  • Fix the back garden shed

  • Shop for more competitive insurance renewals for home and automobiles

  • Coordinates a family ski vacation in January and a trip to Disney World over March break

Since each family has different needs, the list of services for the same membership level will be different. Your membership fee is paid through direct withdrawal from your bank account. For the services, Kingston Concierge also facilitates these payments through us to the service providers; they send your invoices to us, we invoice you the exact same amount and payment is made through direct withdrawal which you pre-approve.
