Our Goal
Our goal is to help simplify your life. You will have a dedicated concierge who helps you complete tasks (weekly, monthly, seasonally or those special once a year or lifetime events). Each family has unique needs. Your concierge will get to understand your families needs. At a minimum, your concierge will be in touch with you at least weekly to see what your family needs are by phone call, text message, email – whatever form or communication is best for you.
How it Works
You contact Kingston Concierge. A member of our concierge team will book a free consultation with you either in person, over the phone or through zoom. Our Concierge will go through a detailed onboarding questionnaire with you. What are your needs? How can we help?
The Concierge will get back in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm our recommended level of membership. Details about membership levels can be found here.
Once your membership level is confirmed, we get to work for you. We prefer a weekly check in which could be by phone or text; whichever method of communication you prefer. You will develop a personal relationship with your Concierge; we want you to be able to fully depend on them.
It’s important to understand that your monthly membership fee does NOT pay for the completed service. It is the fee you pay Kingston Concierge to facilitate the service: we use our network of service providers to complete what you need done. You give us the task list, we do the rest. As tasks are completed by third party service providers, we will coordinate payment with you to the service providers via Kingston Concierge.
Problems?
This is why we are here: to help families. Even though our partner service providers are vetted, tested, and have great reputations, you may not be satisfied. It’s our job to find a solution. We generally have two or three approved partners for each service; if one is not meeting our standards then they will be removed from our approved list.
